Purple Pastel Hex Waterproof Dog Collar

Cleaning your dogs collar couldn't be any easier, if it's just every day grime using a non-abrasive damp cloth or a baby wipe works wonders. For the pastel hardware again a non-abrasive cloth is ideal.

We suggest you don't put our waterproof Pastel Hex collars in the washing machine because as well as them banging about in the washer (and potentially damaging the drum) the hardware can also scratch.

If you have mud monsters and the collar gets covered in muck then you may have to put some muscle into cleaning the collar and use a neutral fragrance-free soap. We wouldn't recommend using cleaning chemicals on our collars and if they've been worn in sea water please rinse them with clean water afterwards.

Never leave your dogs collars to soak or outside in the elements because they will get ruined.

After cleaning be sure to dry the collar with an old rag or towel.

Tah dah! In no time you should have a vibrant, dirt-free, colourful collar again!

*We DO NOT recommend attaching a split ring tag to any of the d-rings, they will scratch. Spring gate o-rings and lobster clasps are okay.

A dogs collar should sit nicely on the neck and not be too tight, they should be comfortable but not pull over the head.

To measure for the correct size place a fabric measuring tape around your dogs neck where you'd like the collar to sit. Place two fingers between the measuring tape and your dogs neck, your fingers should fit snugly. Take note of the size.

We suggest you don't measure your dogs fur, you will find the collar too big and don't measure against an old collar, remember these are handmade to order not machine made.

Due to the nature of handmade products, sizes are approximate but they are all made as close as possible to the size you state when ordering.

We always finish off our Pastel Hex collars with a silver cap at the end which should sit underneath the first d-ring for extra safety. Please don't tamper with our collars, cutting the collars shorter will cause the end of the collar to fall short and not reach the d-ring.

We accept returns within 14 days of your order but buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The item will need to be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
