DO NOT submerge in water! If required, we’d recommend cleaning your dogs bow tie very gently with a damp cloth (baby wipes work wonders). Reshape the bow and then air dry (don't dry directly on a radiator). You can use an iron on a low heat to reshape and sharpen the edges.

If your dogs bow tie is simply covered in fur we'd recommend using sticky tape or a small lint roller to remove the fur.

Our bow ties and sailor bows are made within 6-8 working days of ordering. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Remember that these items are not meant to be worn all day, every day.

We'd advise dogs are not left unsupervised for a long period of time whilst wearing our bow ties. It is your responsibility to check your dogs bow tie regularly for signs of any wear and tear.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages as a result of wearing our items.

We accept bow tie and sailor bow returns within 14 days of your order but buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The item will need to be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
